Now that the WNBA and the Women's National Basketball Players Association have agreed on a tentative eight-year collective bargaining agreement, the league is set to continue with offseason business as usual.

Teams can begin negotiating with free agents on Jan. 28 and contracts can be signed as of Feb. 10, the WNBA announced Saturday.

Before labor negotiations dragged into 2020, those dates had been penciled in for Jan. 15 and Feb. 1.

While the new CBA hasn't yet been officially voted on by the league's Board of Governors, both sides have touted the agreement - which will pay players an average of $130,000 and guarantees them a full salary while on maternity leave - as a major win.

The 2020 free-agent class will likely be headlined by half of the All-WNBA selections from last season, including first-teamers Elena Delle Donne (also the reigning league MVP), Brittney Griner, Courtney Vandersloot, and Chelsea Gray, and second-teamer Liz Cambage.
