Collin Morikawa put on a masterful display at The Concession Golf Club on Sunday to win the WGC-Workday Championship by three shots.

The 24-year-old posted a 3-under 69 in the final round to earn his fourth title in only his 39th PGA Tour start as a pro. Morikawa entered the day with a two-shot edge and, after an early bogey on No. 2, rode his sensational ball-striking skills to victory.

He finished at 18-under for the week, three clear of Brooks Koepka, Viktor Hovland, and Billy Horschel.

Morikawa, who led the field in strokes gained: tee-to-green, joins Tiger Woods as the only players who have won both a major championship and WGC title before turning 25.

It's an accomplishment Morikawa didn't take lightly.

"Tiger means everything to me," Morikawa said after his win. "And yes, he had the crash, and thankfully he's all right, and hopefully he has a quick and great recovery, but I don't think we say thank you enough. So I want to say thank you to Tiger because sometimes you lose people too early.

"That's what (happened) to Kobe. I lost my grandpa about a month ago. And you don't get to say thank you enough. So thank you, guys."

The appreciative Morikawa earned $1.82 million for his efforts in Bradenton, Florida.

Here's how the final leaderboard stood:
