Charles Barkley finishes last at Lake Tahoe celebrity golf tournament
Almost everybody knows that Charles Barkley's golf swing is horrendous, so it's understandable that those mechanics often produce poor results.
Barkley placed dead last among finishers at this past weekend's American Century Championship at Lake Tahoe, an annual celebrity event that also included Stephen Curry jumping off a boat while fully clothed this year.
The 54-hole tournament, which uses the modified Stableford scoring system, saw Barkley finish with minus-93 points. As Awful Announcing's Andrew Bucholtz pointed out, Barkley must have double-bogeyed or worse on 47 of 54 holes.
Former NFLer DeMarcus Ware wasn't much better, finishing with minus-90 points.
Another former NFL player, Tony Romo, won this year's event by finishing with 71 points.
