Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee following the 2022 campaign, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

The signal-caller reportedly underwent the procedure to fix an issue that had been bothering him for a few seasons.

Wilson is already working out and should be good to go for the club's OTAs, Rapoport adds.

The 34-year-old will look to rebound after his disappointing first season with the Broncos. Wilson had the lowest touchdown total of his 11-year career with just 16 through the air and three on the ground. He also finished with a career-worst passer rating of 84.4 as Denver finished last in the AFC West with a 5-12 record.

Wilson signed a five-year, $242.6-million extension with the Broncos last offseason after being acquired from the Seattle Seahawks. He's under contract through the 2028 campaign.
