Although there's a week off between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl, San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan believes his team would be fine if there wasn't a break.

"If we had to play Sunday, we'd be ready," Shanahan said, per Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle.

The 49ers earned the top seed in the NFC on the strength of their 13-3 record and, after a first-round bye in the playoffs, cruised past the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers to reach the title game.

Shanahan said his team followed their typical schedule this week and will make a few tweaks to the game plan after they land in Miami on Sunday.

The players already have their playbooks and Shanahan said it won't include many surprises.

"You never store plays in the vault. No one ever really saves a play. There's no magical playbook," he said.
