The Indianapolis Colts will be without running back Marlon Mack, tight end Jack Doyle, and offensive tackle Anthony Castonzo for their Week 3 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, owner Jim Irsay announced Friday.

Defensive linemen Denico Autry and Hassan Ridgeway, and cornerback Quincy Wilson were also ruled out.

Mack didn't play in the Colts' season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals but returned for Week 2 with 10 carries for 34 yards and a two-yard reception. The sophomore back has been battling foot and hamstring injuries. Rookies Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines should again step up in his absence. Wilkins is the Colts' rushing leader with 101 yards on 24 carries.

Doyle has caught nine of 15 targets for 80 yards through two games.

The 30-year-old Castonzo is yet to play this season due to a hamstring injury.
