Eminem's restaurant may have been to blame for Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Jackson Carman falling ill during Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.

Carman, a second-round pick of the Bengals in the 2021 NFL Draft, took to Twitter on Saturday to ask what food Detroit is most known for. At least three people recommended he go to Eminem's newly opened restaurant Mom's Spaghetti.

The 21-year-old was spotted throwing up on the field during Sunday's game and was then taken to the locker room with what the Bengals described as an illness. Some speculated the illness could be related to Carman recently being activated from the NFL's COVID-19 reserve list, but his tweet after the game suggested that wasn't the case.

Carman also "liked" this tweet from one of the people who recommended Mom's Spaghetti:

Mom's Spaghetti currently has over 300 Google reviews averaging 4.6 out of 5 stars, so Carman's negative experience doesn't appear to be the norm for the restaurant.
