Toronto realtor offers Kawhi free multi-million dollar penthouse

A Toronto realtor is hoping the promise of a free penthouse will be enough to convince Kawhi Leonard to return to the Raptors next season.
Simon Mass, CEO of The Condo Store Realty Inc., is ready to offer Leonard his choice of one of several penthouse condos at the Four Seasons, St. Regis, or Carlton Residences if he re-signs with the Raptors, according to Patrick John Gilson of Narcity.
"We want to do what we can to ensure that our MVP stays in Toronto where he is loved and respected for being the 'best of the best' for the basketball-loving public of Toronto and Canada," Mass said.
Leonard reportedly purchased a home in Toronto last year and, more recently, dropped $13.3 million on a San Diego mansion.
