Baron Corbin is WWE's Mr. Money in the Bank

"The Lone Wolf" of "SmackDown Live" can now be referred to by another title: Mr. Money in the Bank.

Baron Corbin earned the biggest victory of his young career Sunday at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, defeating United States Champion Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler, and Shinsuke Nakamura in the Money in the Bank ladder match.

With the briefcase in his possession, Corbin can now cash in for a WWE Championship match any time he desires.

Before the bout got underway, Corbin emerged from the back to lay out Nakamura during his entrance, assaulting him with a ladder and nearby camera to take him out of the equation for the better part of the contest.

Nakamura did return, though, exacting some revenge on Corbin before taking out his aggression on the rest of the competitors.

There was even a standoff between The King of Strong Style and Styles near the tail end of the match, eliciting memories of their wars in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

While the two exchanged blows atop the ladder, Corbin entered the squared circle from the outside and sent them both flying off into the ropes. That created enough breathing room for him to ascend the ladder himself and bring down the briefcase.

One of the match's more awe-inspiring moments came about midway through, when Zayn nailed a picture-perfect sunset-flip powerbomb off the ladder on Ziggler.
