Army almost upset Oklahoma on pay-per-view and people lost their minds

Army nearly orchestrated a monumental upset of Oklahoma on Saturday, but very few people witnessed the No. 5 Sooners need overtime to survive the resilient Black Knights' shocking assault.

That's because the game was on pay-per-view for the not very low price of $54.99. If that sounds crazy to you, you aren't alone.

Desperate times called for desperate measures, and word circulated on social media that the game was headed to overtime, many fans turned to the live streaming website Twitch.tv to view an illicit stream of the game. Then things got really weird:

It's a shame so few people were able to watch the game, because it was one of the most beautifully bizarre contests this season - or any season:
