Virginia's Hunter, ACC 6th Man of the Year, to miss NCAA tournament

Virginia guard De'Andre Hunter, the reigning ACC Sixth Man of the Year, will miss the entire NCAA tournament due to a broken left wrist, the school announced.

Hunter, who averaged 9.2 points and 3.5 rebounds per game for the Cavaliers, suffered the injury during the ACC tournament. The team said he'll be sideline 10-12 weeks following surgery, which is scheduled for March 19.

Virginia earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament and faces UMBC in the first round Friday night.
