Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell will be re-evaluated in one week after undergoing a procedure to realign a nasal fracture he suffered during Saturday's loss to the Houston Rockets.

Mitchell missed Monday's win over the Indiana Pacers due to the injury.

The 27-year-old sat out seven games in March after undergoing a PRP injection to treat a bone bruise in his knee. Cleveland is 10-8 this season in contests in which Mitchell doesn't play.

Mitchell is averaging 27.4 points, 6.1 assists, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.8 steals in 49 games this season. Despite his excellent campaign, he will miss out on All-NBA as a new rule requires a minimum of 65 games for anyone to be eligible.

The Cavaliers are also without Evan Mobley and Max Strus due to respective ankle and knee injuries.

Cleveland ranks third in the Eastern Conference with a 43-25 record.
