Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal says he'll still be dealing with the effects of his strained left hamstring when his team takes on the Boston Celtics in Tuesday's play-in tournament matchup.

"There's no setbacks which is good. I didn't injure it any worse than what it was," Beal said Monday, according to ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk. "Obviously it still probably won't be 100 percent. It is just a matter of managing it as best I can."

Beal, who narrowly finished second in the NBA scoring race after averaging 31.3 points across 60 appearances, missed three straight games because of the injury before suiting up for Washington's season finale against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday. He finished the victory with 25 points on 8-of-27 shooting.

A win over the seventh-seeded Celtics on Tuesday would clinch the No. 8 Wizards a postseason berth. However, if Washington loses on Tuesday, the club will face either the Indiana Pacers or Charlotte in a single-elimination game on Thursday for the East's final playoff spot.
