Avery Bradley plans to sign a two-year, $9.7-million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers once he clears waivers Monday, his agent Bill Duffy told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Memphis Grizzlies waived Bradley on Saturday. The 28-year-old guard's new deal will include a second-year player option, Duffy told Wojnarowski, and will mark Bradley's return to the city of Los Angeles after he began last season with the Clippers.

Adding Bradley is another depth move for the Lakers, who have shored up their backcourt in the last few days by adding Danny Green and re-signing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
