The NBA's last-two-minute report indicated Friday that officials missed Paul George's elbow to the head of Jusuf Nurkic late in the Oklahoma City Thunder's overtime victory against the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday.

George caught Nurkic with his elbow while driving for a layup in a tied game with 16.8 seconds left in regulation. Nurkic was ejected shortly thereafter when he received a second technical foul for headbutting George.

Monty McCutchen, the NBA's vice president of referee development and training, told ESPN's "The Jump" that officials missed the foul but stopped short of calling it a flagrant.

"I think that he's fighting through some tight traffic," McCutchen said. "His hand comes up off the ball, catches Jusuf in the face. I think it should have been an offensive foul. I don't think it's flagrant myself."
