Stephen Curry has made it known he's interested in owning part of the Carolina Panthers ever since Jerry Richardson announced his intention to sell the NFL franchise in December, but the Golden State Warriors' star point guard isn't ready to reveal any details of the potential deal.

"It's ongoing. I'll just leave it at that for now. It's ongoing," Curry, a lifelong Panthers fan, said Saturday during the NBA's All-Star weekend, according to Katherine Peralta of the Charlotte Observer.

Curry opted not to name any of the people he may be working with, but the two-time MVP replied to Sean "Diddy" Combs' tweet in December about buying the Panthers with an emphatic "I want in!"

Richardson decided to sell the Panthers after team employees were discovered to have reported instances of sexual and racial misconduct.

Curry signed a five-year, $201-million deal with the Warriors last June.
