Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic and Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard Lou Williams have been named Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week after each led his respective team to an undefeated streak.

In games played between Jan. 8-14, Williams ranked second in the NBA in scoring with 35 points per game, leading the Clippers to a 4-0 record in a week that saw him score at least 26 in every game, including a career-high 50-piece in a shocking beatdown of the Golden State Warriors in Oracle Arena.

A sixth man for most of the season, Williams jumped into the starting lineup in place of an injured Austin Rivers and continued his unconscious gunning. He shot 45.7 percent on 11.5 3-point attempts for the week, adding 4.8 assists and 1.5 steals for good measure.

Dragic was far more understated but kept the Heat's seven-game winning streak rolling with a 3-0 week that featured wins over three current Eastern Conference playoff teams. The gritty point guard averaged 23 points, six rebounds, and five assists while shooting 50 percent from the field and 46.2 percent from deep, all while playing physical defense and serving as the head of an increasingly dangerous snake.

It's the fourth Player of the Week award for Dragic, and his second this season. It's the third such award for Williams, and his second in the last three weeks.
