The Indiana Pacers will be without Myles Turner for the remainder of their four-game road trip and will be considered week to week going forward, the team announced.

Turner was diagnosed with a ligament sprain and a muscle strain in his right elbow, which sidelined him for Indiana's last two games. He also missed two weeks to start the season with a concussion.

The 21-year-old is averaging 13.9 points and 6.5 rebounds along with 2.2 blocks per game.

More to come.
