Ladies and gentlemen, start your trade machines.

In a bid to turn their fortunes around, the Cleveland Cavaliers will "definitely" make at least one move before the trade deadline Feb. 8, one person with knowledge of the situation told The New York Times' Marc Stein.

The Cavs have sputtered to a 2-8 record in their last 10 games, which includes several losses against foes they've bested in recent playoff battles. The recent lowlight reel includes a 14-point loss to the Celtics, a whopping 34-point loss to a Raptors squad missing both Kyle Lowry and Serge Ibaka, and a regular-season series sweep at the hands of the defending champion Warriors.

Cleveland hasn't been shy about bolstering its roster with midseason additions since LeBron James returned to the team in 2014. Current players J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert, Channing Frye, and Kyle Korver were all added via trade, with the team also establishing itself as a prime destination for buyout candidates.
