At no point during the first 48:19 of Friday's game against the visiting Clippers did the Cavaliers enjoy a lead. It wasn't until a LeBron James free throw - his 37th point of the night - 19 seconds into overtime did Cleveland finally pull ahead.

And with that, the Cavs never trailed again.

In a word, James was simply incredible as the Cavs stole a 118-113 overtime victory. Closing in on his 33rd birthday next month, James logged a game-high 46 minutes, sitting out just 1:11 from the start of the second half onward. He finished with 39 points on 17-for-26 shooting, with 14 rebounds and six assists for good measure.

The Clippers, who led by 15 with 2:59 remaining in the third quarter, had no answer for the surging Cavs in the clutch, wasting a 20-point, 22-rebound night from DeAndre Jordan.

Late in the game, James danced through the Clippers' defense at times, finding little resistance:

James had some help from his supporting cast too. Kevin Love tallied 25 points and eight rebounds. Dwyane Wade, who's struggled in his first season in Cleveland, logged one of his best games as a Cavalier, getting to the line and crashing the boards for a 23-point, 11-rebound double-double.

The Cavaliers will have two days off to contemplate their four-game win streak before heading to Detroit to take on the division-leading Pistons on Monday. Having snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, the Clippers won't have much time to worry about their seven-game losing streak; they take on the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday.
