Jon Jones' descent in the UFC men's pound-for-pound rankings continued Tuesday.

The former light heavyweight champion dropped to fourth place, with middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and featherweight titleholder Alexander Volkanovski taking the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively.

Jones had been the pound-for-pound king up until late September when welterweight champion Kamaru Usman surpassed him.

The 34-year-old Jones hasn't stepped into the Octagon since a decision win over Dominick Reyes in February 2020. He relinquished the 205-pound title in August 2020 to move up to heavyweight but has yet to make his debut in the division.

In September, Jones was charged with misdemeanor battery domestic violence and felony injuring or tampering with a vehicle after an alleged incident involving his fiancee.
