Milwaukee Brewers catcher Stephen Vogt asked for help Monday on Twitter to recover some "personal memorabilia" stolen from his house in a recent burglary.

Vogt, acquired by the Brewers in a June trade with the Oakland Athletics, said neither his wife nor their two children were home when their house was broken into, but "a number of personal memorabilia items from of the players I respect most in this game" were stolen.

"These players were gracious enough to personalize these items," Vogt wrote. "So if anyone catches wind of memorabilia made out to Stephen Vogt please let me know ASAP!!"

Vogt added that "the invasion of personal space is quite scary," but noted that "fortunately it was just things that were taken."
