The injury issues continue to pile up for Neymar.

The Brazilian star was forced out of Sunday's friendly against Nigeria with an apparent hamstring problem, leaving the contest after just 11 minutes while clutching the back of his left leg.

There was no immediate word on the severity of his latest ailment.

Without the focal point of their attack, the Selecao could only muster a 1-1 draw in Singapore; Casemiro's tally in the 48th minute canceled out Joe Aribo's first-half strike.

The 27-year-old Neymar, who was making his 101st appearance for the national team, missed this summer's Copa America with an ankle injury. He only returned to action with Paris Saint-Germain last month.

After a summer spent trying to engineer a move back to Barcelona, Neymar has hit the ground running since being reintegrated into the squad, scoring four goals in five Ligue 1 appearances.
