West Ham United manager David Moyes tested positive for COVID-19, the Premier club announced on Tuesday.
Center-back Issa Diop and midfielder Josh Cullen also tested positive.
All three are asymptomatic and returned to their homes, the club added. It's unclear how long the trio will be away from the team.
The club said the test results were discovered while the team was preparing for a League Cup match against Hull City at London Stadium.
The match went ahead as planned.
West Ham are scheduled to take on Wolverhampton on Sunday in their third Premier League match of the season.
