The Premier League leaders are getting a big boost after the international break.

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson is expected to make his return from a calf injury when the Reds visit Manchester United on Sunday, reports Andy Hunter of The Guardian.

The influential shot-stopper, 27, has been sidelined since leaving the opening match of the campaign against Norwich City after only 39 minutes.

Though Adrian has performed admirably in his stead - Liverpool maintained a perfect league record during Alisson's absence - Hunter notes that the Brazilian should reclaim his place between the sticks at Old Trafford after ramping up his recovery program over the past week.

In addition to the reigning Golden Glove winner, Jurgen Klopp should also have Mohamed Salah at his disposal Sunday. The Egyptian superstar picked up an ankle knock against Leicester City prior to the international window, but the problem isn't considered serious.
