Massimiliano Allegri has two more competitive matches on the slate as Juventus manager before he calls an end to his trophy-laden tenure, the club confirmed Friday.

The 51-year-old collected his fifth straight Serie A title four weeks ago, and has also guided the Old Lady to four Coppa Italia triumphs and two Champions League finals during his five seasons in charge.

Allegri and club president Andrea Agnelli will meet the media in Saturday's press conference. Allegri's final matches at the helm should be Sunday's visit from overachieving Atalanta and a trip to Sampdoria on May 25.

The Tuscan tactician's arrival in Turin was initially met with skepticism after an explosive first season overseeing AC Milan - the Rossoneri won the 2010-11 Serie A title - had been followed by finishes of second, third, and 11th in Italy's top rung.

However, Allegri took the reins from Antonio Conte and fine-tuned a juggernaut in the European game. Although his domestic success wasn't corroborated by continental silverware, Juventus' achievements in recent years firmly re-established them among Europe's elite.

Allegri orchestrated an unprecedented period in Juventus' history despite seeing the likes of Arturo Vidal, Kingsley Coman, Carlos Tevez, Paul Pogba, and Alvaro Morata leave during his regime.

According to early figures collected by Oddschecker, Conte is the bookmakers' favorite to return as Juventus manager. He is followed in the odds by Lazio's Simone Inzaghi, Chelsea's Maurizio Sarri, Manchester City's Pep Guardiola, and Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone.
