Boxing fans champing at the bit to see Teofimo Lopez's first title defense will have to wait.

The lightweight title bout between the four-belt champion and Australian challenger George Kambosos Jr., which was set for June 19, has been moved to Aug. 14 after Lopez tested positive for COVID-19.

The Triller-promoted event was going to be held at Miami's Marlins Park. A venue change hasn't been announced, but the Marlins are currently set to host the Chicago Cubs on Aug. 14 at Marlins Park, according to the team's website.

The undefeated Lopez (16-0) beat Vasiliy Lomachenko by unanimous decision in October 2020 to capture three of his four belts. He is the No. 1-ranked fighter in the lightweight division, according to ESPN.

Kambosos is also undefeated (19-0).
