YouTube star Jake Paul will return to the boxing ring on April 17 to fight retired UFC fighter Ben Askren.

Paul, who recently knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson, and Askren will headline a card in an eight-round professional boxing match, Triller founder Ryan Kavanaugh told ESPN's Ariel Helwani.

Paul owns a 2-0 professional boxing record but has yet to face a professional fighter. He knocked out fellow YouTuber "AnEsonGib" in January 2020 before pummeling Robinson in November.

Askren has never fought in a professional boxing match. The 36-year-old retired from the UFC in November 2019 after losing back-to-back fights to Jorge Masvidal and Demian Maia, respectively. He went 19-2 with one no-contest over his career, fighting primarily in Bellator and ONE Championship.

Paul has called out numerous high-profile athletes in recent months, including Conor McGregor. His last fight served as the co-main event to the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. exhibition bout.
