Thanks to an NCAA tournament rule that prohibits live mascots from entering arenas until the Final Four, Butler Blue III was forced to occupy himself in other ways as Butler partook in the Sweet 16 versus North Carolina on Friday.
The City of Memphis was at least better for Mr. Blue's presence.
