Damian Lillard is doubtful for Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday after aggravating an Achilles tendon injury during Friday's overtime loss in Game 3.

The Milwaukee Bucks guard is dealing with a Grade 1 strain of his left Achilles, sources told TNT's Chris Haynes.

Head coach Doc Rivers said the team is awaiting the results of Lillard's MRI, according to The Athletic's Eric Nehm. Rivers added that he doubts Giannis Antetokounmpo will be ready to play Sunday, per ESPN's Jamal Collier.

Lillard was in a walking boot after the injury Friday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Down one point with 9.3 seconds left, Lillard was tasked with guarding Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard, who received an inbound pass. After teammate Patrick Beverley committed a foul, Lillard appeared to wince while helping him up.

However, Lillard wanted to stay on the court for the team's final play to act as a "decoy" for forward Khris Middleton, according to Collier. Middleton hit two tying 3-pointers in the contest - one with two seconds left in the fourth quarter and the other with eight seconds left in overtime.

"I just wanted to be on the floor in case opportunity came up or however I could help," Lillard said.

He added, "We're gonna get back and just have to get ahead of it because that's not something that you want to play with. It's one of those spots on your body where you literally can't, you can't do nothing about it. If you can't move you can't move. We have a couple of days to start and try to get ahead of it, get it feeling better and get ready for Sunday."

During the first quarter, Pacers forward Pascal Siakam landed on Lillard's leg after a layup attempt. The veteran guard was forced to go to the locker room but eventually returned.

Despite going scoreless in overtime, Lillard finished with 28 points.

The 33-year-old admitted he suffered the injury in the team's regular-season finale against the Orlando Magic.

Milwaukee has been without Antetokounmpo for the playoffs due to a calf strain. He also missed the team's final three contests of the regular season. Middleton's availability for Game 3 was in jeopardy after he twisted his ankle in the previous contest.

The Bucks are down 2-1 in the series.
