Millsap brushes off Wizards' 2-game advantage: 'It's 0-0 to us'

The Washington Wizards haven't done much in the eyes of Atlanta Hawks power forward Paul Millsap.

Despite dropping the first two games of the series, Millsap said following Wednesday's loss that the Wizards merely protected home court and urged his Hawks to do the same when the series swings to Atlanta.

"I think they got home-court advantage. They played off of that," Millsap told Chase Hughes of CSN Mid-Atlantic.

"We're going back to Atlanta. We feel like we're still confident, so to us it's 0-0."

Washington is a tremendous home team, as per Millsap's point. They went 30-11 at the Verizon Center this season and the Hawks should be encouraged by their competitiveness in their two narrow losses to start the series.

However, Atlanta's crowd is notoriously weak and that's borne out in their record. The Hawks were 23-18 at home, which is tied with the Milwaukee Bucks for the worst mark among playoff teams.
